I have always had a big curiosity for many things since I was a kid. When I was 12 years old, I learned how to make soy milk after hearing my mom's complaints about the quality of the soy milk we usually received every morning from the local milk-maker.

In March 2018, after finishing working at Asmara, I decided to start a small business project: Selling plant-based milk! I spent a month sourcing the beans & nuts from the local vendors, I also contacted a nutritionist friend of mine for some advices. I tried out different recipes from the 4 main nuts: Soy, Peanuts, Cashew & Almond. I bought some amount of glass bottle with 300ml volume, so I can collect the used bottles from my customers to reuse. I always try my best to say no to plastic!
My friend, Nguyen Pham Hoang helped me design the logo and create a brand identity focused on a healthy lifestyle with plant based diet as well as conscious about the environment. All nuts were selectively bought from the supermarket and certified suppliers. The milk was made an hour or two before delivery time to ensure quality and freshness.

I ran this business project for one month before I found a job in fashion again."Soy Saigon" is the name taken from the first product: Soya milk, with a twist of language and humor which is distinctly me: I am Saigon.

The nutrition information is vital for the customers in order to understand the intake they're going to have from using my products. 
Perhaps one day I would love to open a small plant-based milk shop in the city I will call home.
